At Bealady we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. Our team dedicate to provide the best quality product in our store. Please check the Size Chart carefully with your personal size before your purchase.

Please note:

  • Purchased items must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase;
  • Purchased items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.

    Bealady's Responsibilities if:

    1. In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable)
    2. Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
    3. The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)

    Customers have the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available customer will receive a refund.

    The information you need to send: 

    1. Reason for return
    2. Order number
    3. Product SKU (Product ID)
    4. Clear picture of the product return

    Upon approval of the return:

    • We will communicate this to our supplier to issue an exchange or refund. 
    • Once our supplier receives the item, we will resend a new product and cover the expenses of the shipping cost. This is only applicable if Bealady is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.

      Customers' Responsibilities if:

      • The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements;
      • Customer simply want a change for another product or return it;
      • Patterns have some variations with the pictures;
      • Color is slightly different from the pictures;
      • Material quality is not exactly what customer wants.
      1. If the customer requests an exchange, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs that will incur.
      2. If the customer requests a refund, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs that will incur and USD15 of restocking fee that will be deducted per item from your refund.

        Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions

        • All returns requests must be made to our customer care team via this form. We will not accept any return request by email, messenger or any other method;
        • All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original tags and their original packaging;
        • We do not accept returns on items where a discount coupon is applied or any other kind of price reduction unless a customer receives a wrong item or the item is faulty;
        • No refund requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason;
        • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs;
        • Refund can take between 12 to 20 days to be reflected on your statement;
        • Refund will only be done to the same payment method from where customer originally pay;
        • We do not accept returns on items where a discount coupon is applied or any other kind of price reduction unless a customer receives a wrong item or the item is faulty;
        • Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original packing and condition will not be accepted for return.
